REFERENCES

Regardless of any capitalisation used, references to "we", "us" and "our" in these terms and conditions are to Ballinagappa Farm Limited, Clane, Co. Kildare, Ireland.

 

TICKETS

Tickets are valid only for the date, time and individuals specified at the time of booking. Once purchased, these details cannot be changed.

Tickets are delivered in digital format only, to the email address specified when your booking is placed.  It is your responsibility to ensure that you enter your email address and all other details correctly when you make your booking. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive your ticket shortly after confirming your purchase.

You must bring one of the following to the venue in order to access the event:

A phone or mobile device with the ticket displayed on the screen.

A legible print out of the ticket you received via email.

A written recording of the reference number on your ticket. You may also verbally quote this number at reception.

Since we cannot guarantee 100% operability of mobile devices at the venue, we recommend bringing a physical copy of your reference number as well.

Tickets are non-transferable and you cannot re-sell your ticket.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payments for tickets are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled by us.

 

VENUE AND EVENTS

Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 16 years or older.

All participants must follow and obey their guide(s) at all times. You are not permitted to move to another area of the venue without your guide(s).

You are not permitted to take any dangerous or potentially dangerous items into the venue, including but not limited to: glass bottles, weapons, flammable items or any non-essential items with the potential to cause harm.

You are not permitted to bring bicycles, roller skates, scooters or other forms of personal transportation into the venue.

You are not permitted to bring pets or other animals into the venue.

Flash photography and anything that could distress the animals is prohibited.

You cannot touch, pet or feed the animals at the venue. We cannot be responsible for any distress or harm caused to you by the animals.

All events and products offered are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend events at any time.

 

CHANGES

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
